We had a great stay at this awsome place! My wife, 6 years old boy, 2 years old daughter, & myself were there for 4 days (3 nights). We booked 2 artist rooms. It was in holidays time, and when we went for check-in it was crowded so we waited for about an hour. Except for the receptionist who was not helpful in managing our requested we made through booking.com (1 double & 1 single beds rooms- connected rooms- breakfast), the manager Mr. Mustafa have made it all for us and gave us 2 nice rooms at the end with complimentary snacks and free breakfast! The room is as the photos posted! Its big and clean with all the facilities available. All the furnitures are like brand new. The maintenance team and the management must be taking care of all the details in the room to keep it up to the level. The house keeping and the call center are available and quick to respond. It’s quite there in the 4th floor but ofcourse some kids noise are there from time to time and acceptable. The concierge service are well trained and are there when needed. They gave us all the parks tickets within minutes. They booked us a dinner in one of the YAS restaurants fast. The breakfast was amazing! A variety of options are there for kids and adults. Indoor and outdoor seating available (7am- 11am). The options are many and really delicious. We got in quickly although its bit crowded.. Advice: be there before 9am. Me and the kids used the pool twice. Its nice and the service is quick. We enjoyed it alot. There was a daily outdoor movie at 7pm with a big sceen. Its nice to chill at the end of the day. I used the gym daily in the morning. The gym and the spa is open 24hrs. Its clean & well equipped with new machines. The spa is great to with nice shower places and relaxing. I also went many times to the rooftop pool (adults only). The live dj music, drinks, and the snacks are great. The staff are friendly. My kids enjoyed the place alot!

In general, my experience at your hotel was quite positive. The WB Abu Dhabi Hotel is undoubtedly an architectural marvel and offers a unique and luxurious atmosphere. The stunning views of the surrounding area from my room were genuinely breathtaking. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests. My room at the hotel was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings was impressive. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities in the bathroom were of high quality. The hotel's dining options were also exceptional. I had the pleasure of dining at one of the on-site restaurants, and the food was both delicious and presented with artistic flair. The restaurant staff demonstrated exceptional service and knowledge of the menu. In summary, The WB Abu Dhabi Hotel offers a truly unique and luxurious experience, and I commend your team for their dedication to providing exceptional service.

The location of the hotel is spectacular. The entrance to the Warner Bros. World theme park is just a few feet away from the exit of the hotel, which is a lifesaver in the desert heat. Ferrari World and SeaWorld are also within walking distance, however are a bit further away (which may not be a good option in summertime). Taxis are always stationed at both entrances to the hotel and are easy to get around with. Park tickets are included in every day of your stay which is a huge selling point. The Director’s Club restaurant is amazing, Sidekicks breakfast buffet has everything you need plus a view of the park. The pool is a decent size, complete with a bar and a screen for movie nights. The spa is relaxing and the gym is spacious for a hotel gym. There is a coffee bar in the lobby with decent coffee all day. Characters are often found meeting the lobby which is fun to see. The rooftop bar is great for unwinding after a day at the park, including a second infinity pool. The room themes are also really fun. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and kind and welcoming!!

At the beginning of entering the hotel it was lovely they even welcomed us and they were expecting our arrival. I want to give special thanks to Zainab she was most welcoming with great behavior its an employee that all the family were feel cosy and welcoming .we loved the hotel since she welcome us with a great attitude . The hotel give us access for any parks for each day of our staying. Yes i. don't want to forget Mr Ahmed the person that he allowed my 1 year girl to staying in hotel even we are 2 adults with 2 toddlers 1 year and 2 year he was really helpful.. its the last day and we checking out the employee who responsible of our luggage was too friendly I think his name is Mavin or his name or nivan he was really nice man

Wonderful experience, The hotel was fabulous, the loopy sitting and the decorations was great, and the best part the WB characters passing by during the day to take pictures with gusts. The hotel has a great location any place you want to go on Yas Island will not take you more than 10 min, the breakfast in the both buffet had a variety of food and it was delicious, the pool in the first floor was kids friendly place and the pool on the roof with nice view and relaxing on the afternoon and good vibes at night with DJ the food was good and the shisha too. About the room it was wide clean and cute furniture. the staff couldn’t be more friendly, helpful and supportive “perfect service”. It’s really enjoyable place.
